A cycle is a period (week or month) during which every member pays in their contribution. At the end of the cycle, one member receives the full pool. The total number of cycles equals the number of members: 8 members = 8 cycles.

How is the payout order decided?

When the circle starts (once it's full), RotariCash automatically and randomly assigns a payout position to each member. That position determines which cycle you'll receive the pool. Nobody can be skipped — every position maps to a unique cycle.

How much do I contribute and how often?

The circle creator sets two parameters: the contribution amount (e.g. $50 or $100) and the frequency (weekly or monthly). All members contribute the same amount on every due date until the circle ends.

How much will I receive in total?

You receive exactly what you put in: contribution amount × number of members.
Example: $100 × 8 members = $800 paid in over 8 months, and $800 received in one lump sum on your turn. No interest, no hidden fees — just a clean rotation of savings.

What happens if someone pays late?

If a member doesn't contribute by the due date, their payment is flagged as 'delinquent'. They're notified and given a chance to catch up. Circle admins can see in real time who has paid and who hasn't — keeping group trust intact.

Can I leave a circle that has already started?

Once a circle starts, the commitment runs until the final cycle — that's what guarantees every member gets their turn. Before the start (pending circle), members can leave without consequence. If you've already received your payout, you must keep contributing for the remaining cycles.

Why do I have to complete identity verification (KYC)?

KYC verification (legal name, date of birth, ID document) protects every member: it prevents fraud and ensures each participant is a real, identifiable person. It's required before creating or joining a circle.
